1. Introduction

Rippit, Inc. and its affiliates (collectively "we" or "us") are committed to protecting and preserving your privacy. This policy, together with our Terms of Use, and any other underlying agreements or terms, sets out the basis on which any data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. By using our website and/or mobile app (collectively the "Site"), you are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

By using this Site and providing your personal information to us through the Site, you consent to the use of the information that you provide to us in accordance with this Privacy Policy. We do update this Privacy Policy from time to time so please review this Privacy Policy regularly. If we materially alter our Privacy Policy, we will let you know of such changes by posting a notice on our Site and/or contacting you at the e-mail address provided to us. Your continued use of the Site will be considered your agreement that your information may be used in accordance with the new policy. If you do not agree with the changes, then you should stop using the Site.

2. What Information We Collect and the Sources of Your Information

We may collect and process the following data about you in the following ways and from the following sources:

• →Details of Your Visits and Use of Our Site. We may collect details of your visits to the Site and the resources that you access, including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs, and other communication data, including your IP address, timing, and content of what you viewed. See Section 3 ("Location Data and Proximity Features") for additional information about our location-data and proximity-detection practices. Some parts of the Site use cookies and other tracking technologies to collect this information about your general internet usage and provide you with targeted advertising. • →Information You Provide Directly to Us. We may collect information that you voluntarily provide to us. The information we may collect includes, but is not limited to, your name, email address, telephone number, age (note users must be 18 years of age or older to use our Site), music genre preferences, venue type preferences, artists and performers followed on the platform, gender, profile information, reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, videos, event history and attendance information, music listening data imported via third-party integrations, device contacts (optional, with your explicit permission, to identify which other users in your contacts are also on the platform and enable friend connections) other user-generated content, and messages or conversations you submit through the Site, including conversations with our AI recommendation assistant.
• →Information We Collect Through Third Parties. We may collect information from third parties, such as Apple Health/HealthKit where you choose to connect the integration, or services such as Spotify, SoundCloud, or other music streaming platforms if you choose to connect a music account. See Section 4 ("HealthKit and Health Data") for additional information about our optional HealthKit integration and Section 8 ("Music Streaming Platform Integrations") for additional information about optional music account integrations.
• →Event Information from Third-Party Providers and Public Sources. We may source event, venue, artist, organizer, ticketing, schedule, pricing, availability, and related information from third-party providers, ticketing platforms, publicly available websites, and other public sources. We may also use automated tools, including scraping or similar collection tools, to collect publicly available event information from other platforms, subject to applicable law and any applicable contractual restrictions.
• →Search Bar Data Collection. When you use the search bar on our Site, we may collect information related to your search queries, including the terms you enter and your interactions with search results. This information may be used to improve our Site, analyze trends, and enhance your experience. We may also share search-related information with third-party service providers who assist us in processing and analyzing search queries or in delivering relevant content or advertisements. These third parties are required to handle your information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our instructions. By using the search bar, you acknowledge and agree to this collection and sharing of information as described above. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
• →Event Attendance and Behavioral Data. We may collect event RSVPs and attendance records, page views, click-through activity across all webpages, and ticketing website click-throughs through affiliate tracking links, cookies, pixels, link parameters, or similar tracking technologies on any ticketing partner hyperlinks we provide. When you click a ticketing or affiliate link, we and our ticketing partners, affiliate networks, analytics providers, or other partners may collect or receive click-through, referral, attribution, and commission-related information, such as the event or page clicked, referral source, date and time, device or browser information, link identifiers, and whether a ticket purchase or other commissionable action occurred. We may earn a commission or other compensation for ticket purchases or other transactions made through affiliate links.
• →Information from Third Parties. We may also collect information about you from ad networks, internet service providers, data analytics providers, operating system platforms, and social networks.
• →Information provided to us when you communicate with us for any reason.

By submitting a telephone number or other contact information to Rippit, you agree that Rippit, and/or a representative acting on its behalf, can contact you at the telephone number you provide, potentially using automated technology (including texts/SMS messaging) or a pre-recorded message. Your consent is not an obligation to receive our products and/or services.

When you use our AI recommendation assistant or other AI-enabled features, we may collect and process your prompts, questions, responses, feedback, and related interaction data to provide and improve those features, as further described herein ("Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model Data Practices"). If you affirmatively opt in, we may also store your AI chatbot conversations in our database and use them to train, test, evaluate, fine-tune, and improve our recommendation algorithms, AI models, and related systems.

3. Location Data and Proximity Features

We may collect, use, and disclose location-related information as described in this Privacy Policy and as permitted by your device settings, operating-system permissions, and in-app choices. Location-related information may include approximate location, precise location, background location, and proximity signals generated through Bluetooth, Ultra-Wideband ("UWB"), or similar technologies.

We may collect and use your approximate location to display the distance of events, venues, and related content from your current location. This location-enabled functionality is a core feature of the discovery experience and helps us show you more relevant events and venues near you.

With your explicit, affirmative permission, we may request access to precise location information even when the Site is not in use. If you enable this optional feature, we may use background location signals to passively detect whether you are present at a known event venue during the scheduled event window and may automatically log or suggest attendance on your behalf, including where you did not manually RSVP on the Site. This feature is optional. If you decline or disable background location access, your ability to use the Site will not be impaired, except that passive attendance detection and automatic attendance logging may not be available. You may revoke location permissions at any time through your device settings.

We may offer features that allow you to locate friends or other users within a crowd or venue using UWB, Bluetooth, Nearby Interaction, or similar short-range proximity technologies. These technologies may detect relative proximity or direction between compatible devices and are separate from GPS-based location sharing. We will provide notice and request any permissions required by your device or operating system before enabling these features, which may include separate Bluetooth, nearby-device, Nearby Interaction, UWB, or location-related permission prompts and purpose disclosures. You may opt in to, disable, or opt out of these proximity features independently from standard location sharing or other location permissions, subject to your device settings and controls.

Precise geolocation information and passive or background location tracking may be considered sensitive personal information under certain laws, as applicable. If applicable and as required by law, we will collect, use, retain, and disclose such information only with appropriate notice and consent, only for the disclosed purposes, and subject to reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. We do not use precise background location or UWB/Bluetooth proximity information for targeted advertising unless we provide any legally required notice and choice. We retain location-related information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

4. HealthKit and Health Data

We may offer an optional integration with Apple HealthKit and Apple Health that allows you to sync selected health metrics with the app. HealthKit syncing is entirely optional and will occur only if you affirmatively choose to enable the integration and grant the applicable permissions through your device and Apple Health settings.

If you enable the HealthKit integration, we may request access to health metrics that you authorize, which may include step count, heart rate, beats per minute (BPM), maximum heart rate, and related activity or fitness metrics made available through HealthKit. We will request only the HealthKit permissions needed to provide the features you choose to use.

We may use authorized HealthKit data to display health or activity statistics within event reviews, such as step count during a show or maximum heart rate during an event, and to provide gamification features that show cumulative statistics across your event history, similar to activity-history or fitness-summary experiences. You control whether to include HealthKit-derived information in any review, profile, event-history, or gamification feature we make available, subject to the settings and controls provided on the Site.

You may disable HealthKit syncing or revoke our access to HealthKit data at any time through your iOS Settings or Apple Health settings. If you disable or revoke HealthKit access, your ability to use the Site will not be impaired, but HealthKit-based statistics, summaries, reviews, or gamification features may no longer be available or may stop updating.

We will not use HealthKit data for advertising, targeted advertising, marketing, or similar promotional purposes, and we will not sell HealthKit data to third parties. Apple's HealthKit developer requirements prohibit the use of HealthKit data for advertising purposes, and we will handle HealthKit data in accordance with those requirements and applicable law.

HealthKit data may be considered sensitive personal information under certain privacy laws. If such laws are applicable, we will collect, use, retain, and disclose HealthKit data only for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as directed by your permissions and settings, and subject to reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. We will not disclose HealthKit data except as necessary to provide the HealthKit-enabled features you choose to use, with your consent, to service providers acting on our behalf and subject to appropriate restrictions, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.

5. User Generated Content and Experience Data

The Site allows users to submit content, which may include reviews, ratings, comments, photographs, videos, attendance information, tags, recommendations, profile content, and other materials or information you choose to submit or make available through the Site ("User Generated Content" or "UGC"). UGC submitted to public-facing features of the Site is displayed publicly on the platform and may be associated with your username, profile, event history, or other public account information, depending on the feature and your settings. We may use UGC to operate, personalize, and improve the Site, train and improve our recommendation algorithms, populate and enhance pages for venues, artists, organizers, and events, and generate aggregated or summary insights for those pages.

As between you and Rippit, and to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and our Terms of Use, Rippit owns the experience data collected through or generated by the Site, including ratings, reviews, attendance signals, tags, metadata, engagement data, behavioral signals, and data derived from, associated with, or generated through UGC and platform activity. You retain any ownership rights that applicable law gives you in the original expressive content you submit, such as original text, photographs, or videos, but by submitting UGC you grant Rippit a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, analyze, aggregate, anonymize, commercialize, and otherwise use such UGC and related experience data in connection with operating, improving, promoting, and developing the Site and our products, services, analytics, reports, algorithms, and AI or recommendation systems, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may aggregate, anonymize, de-identify, or otherwise process UGC, experience data, and related platform data so that it does not identify you as an individual. We may use, disclose, sell, license, or otherwise commercialize aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data, including to venues, organizers, artists, brands, researchers, analytics customers, or other third parties interested in consumer behavior trends in nightlife, live events, entertainment, and related markets. We do not sell identifiable individual user data or identifiable UGC to third parties. This means that we may license aggregate insights, trends, benchmarks, and datasets, but we will not sell data that directly identifies you as an individual user.

We may use aggregated and anonymized UGC, experience data, attendance signals, ratings, reviews, and other platform data to generate analytics dashboards, benchmark reports, trend reports, and summary insights for venues, organizers, artists, and other customers. These reports may show general performance trends, audience engagement, comparative or peer benchmarks, demand signals, sentiment trends, and other aggregated insights.

We may provide tools that allow users to report or flag content, accounts, or interactions that they believe are inappropriate, unlawful, abusive, harassing, misleading, infringing, or otherwise inconsistent with our policies. We may also provide blocking tools that allow users to block other users or limit interactions with them. We may review reported content, accounts, or activity, including through automated tools, human review, or service providers acting on our behalf, and may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve information for safety or legal purposes, or take other action we determine is appropriate under our policies and applicable law.

If you delete your account, we will permanently delete or de-identify your personal data and UGC from our active systems, subject to limited exceptions where retention is required or permitted by law, necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, preserve audit logs, or complete deletion from routine backup systems in the ordinary course. To the extent information is retained for these limited purposes, we will restrict its use to the applicable retention purpose and will not continue to display your UGC publicly on the Site after account deletion, except to the extent it has been aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or incorporated into non-identifying analytics, reports, models, or derived data.

We may generate analytics dashboards, reports, benchmarks, and summary insights for venues, organizers, artists, and other customers or partners using UGC, event attendance information, ratings, reviews, engagement data, and other experience data collected through the Site. These reports are generally intended to present aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or summary-level information, such as attendance trends, audience engagement, sentiment, repeat-visit patterns, comparative performance, peer benchmarks, and consumer behavior trends.

Unless we provide additional notice or obtain any consent required by applicable law, analytics dashboards and licensed reports will not include personal contact information or sell identifiable individual user data. Public UGC that you choose to submit may appear on public-facing entity pages or be visible in the ordinary operation of the Site, but reports and dashboards provided to third parties will be designed to present data in aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or summary form rather than as a sale of your identifiable individual profile or personal data.

6. How We Use and Disclose Your Information

The information that we collect and store relating to you is primarily used to enable us to provide services to you in the best possible manner. In addition, we may use the information for the following purposes:

• →To provide you with information relating to our services.
• →To fulfill or meet the reason you supplied the information to us.
• →To display, publish, moderate, analyze, aggregate, anonymize, and otherwise use UGC and experience data to operate the Site, train and improve recommendation algorithms and AI features, populate venue, artist, organizer, and event pages, generate insights, dashboards, reports, and benchmarks, and license aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified data as described in this Privacy Policy.
• →To send communications through email, SMS/text message, push notification, in-app message, or similar channels, including marketing communications, event recommendations, alerts about events involving friends who have RSVPd to events you follow or may be interested in, upcoming events from artists you follow, other in-app activity alerts, and transactional or service messages such as authentication or verification messages during onboarding and account access.
• →To fulfill a legal requirement or respond to law enforcement requests, or as otherwise required by applicable law, court order or governmental regulations.
• →To identify potential fraud or illegal activities.
• →To third party service providers to facilitate our services to you (e.g., payment processing, order fulfilment, customer service, auditing, and/or other administrative services).
• →To share ticketing click-through, referral, attribution, and commission-related information with ticketing partners, affiliate networks, analytics providers, and other partners in order to route you to ticketing services, measure referrals, attribute purchases or other actions, calculate commissions, prevent fraud, and administer our affiliate or partner relationships.
• →To evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our Site users is among the assets transferred.
• →To any affiliated business entities.

7. Site Visitor Visibility and Premium Analytics

We may use webpage-view, engagement, and related browsing data to provide aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or summary analytics to venues, organizers, artists, and other webpage owners. These analytics may include insights about audience overlap or browsing patterns, such as aggregated information about users who follow or visit one page and also view other pages or events. However, any analytics about visits to pages or events not owned, controlled, or administered by the applicable webpage owner will be provided only in aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or summary form and will not identify individual users.

In addition, we may offer a premium analytics feature that allows a venue, organizer, artist, or other webpage owner to see which individual users have visited that owner's own webpages or events, even if those users did not RSVP, mark interest, follow the webpage, purchase a ticket, or otherwise interact with the webpage. If this feature is enabled for a webpage owner, your visit to that webpage owner's own webpage or event may be visible to that webpage owner and may include your account name, profile information, the webpage or event visited, and related visit information such as date, time, frequency, and engagement activity.

A webpage owner will not be permitted to see the named identities, account information, profile information, or individual-level browsing activity of users who visit another webpage owner's pages or events, including pages or events of competitors or other third parties. Any cross-page, cross-event, audience-overlap, or competitive benchmarking analytics will be provided only in aggregated, anonymized, de-identified, or summary form.

If required by applicable law, we will obtain consent or provide an opt-out choice, as applicable. If applicable law treats any disclosure of individual page-visit information as a sale, sharing, or other regulated disclosure of personal information, we will comply with the required notice, consent, opt-out, contractual, and other obligations before making that individual page-visit information available to the applicable webpage owner.

8. Music Streaming Platform Integrations

We may offer optional integrations with Spotify, SoundCloud, and other music streaming platforms that allow you to connect your music account to Rippit. These integrations are entirely optional and will occur only if you affirmatively choose to connect a music account and grant the applicable permissions through the relevant music platform authorization flow. If you do not connect a music account, your core experience on the Site will not be impaired, although certain music-based personalization features may be unavailable or less tailored to your preferences.

If you enable a music streaming platform integration, we may request read access to music platform data that the platform makes available through its API and that you authorize us to access. This may include artists you follow, artists you listen to, listening history, recently played content, saved artists, tracks, playlists, genres, or similar music preference and account activity data, depending on the permissions you grant, and the data made available by the applicable music platform.

We use music platform data to personalize your Rippit experience, including during onboarding to suggest artists, venues, events, and other accounts or pages you may want to follow, and on an ongoing basis to improve personalized event recommendations, discovery results, alerts, and other music- or event-related features. We may also use this data to operate, maintain, analyze, and improve our recommendation algorithms and related personalization systems, subject to this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You may disconnect a music streaming platform integration or revoke our access at any time through the settings or permissions controls made available in the Site or through the applicable music platform account settings. If you disconnect or revoke access, we will stop collecting new data from that music platform account, but we may retain and use previously imported data as described in this Privacy Policy unless you delete your account, request deletion where applicable, or applicable law requires otherwise. Disconnecting a music account will not impair your core ability to use the Site, but music-based recommendations and personalization may no longer be available or may become less tailored.

9. How Long Do We Keep Your Personal Information

We keep personal information for as long as it is needed based on the purpose(s) for which it was collected within the bounds of the applicable law(s) and regulation(s).

10. How We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit our Site. Our Site uses cookies and other tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze the Site's functionality and performance, and provide personalized advertising related to your interests, such as recommendations and special offers. By continuing to browse the Site, you are agreeing to our use of cookies and other tracking technologies, which may include data exchange and/or disclosure with third parties.

We use the following types of cookies and trackers:

• →Strictly necessary cookies. These are cookies that are needed for the operation of our Site.
• →Analytical/performance cookies. These are cookies that allow us to recognize and count the number of visitors to our Site and to see how visitors move around our Site when they are using it. This helps us to improve the way our Site works, for example, by ensuring that users are finding what they are looking for easily.
• →Functionality cookies. These are cookies used to recognize you when you return to our Site. This enables us to personalize our content for you and remember your preferences.
• →Targeting and advertising cookies. These cookies record your visits to our Site, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. We will use this information to make our Site and the advertising displayed on it more relevant to your interests. We may also share this information with third parties for this purpose.

Third Party Service Providers. The Site works with third-party products and/or services ("Service Providers") to offer and present our Site to you. These Service Providers may help us track and analyze our Site user activity, measure the effectiveness of our advertising efforts, and support the optimization of our digital marketing campaigns and carry out targeted advertising campaigns.

Our Service Providers may get more information about your activity on our Site, including pages you visit, access times, visit duration, how you arrived at our Site and your IP address. An IP address is a number that identifies a device connected to the internet. For most devices, the IP address changes on at least a weekly basis. Our Service Providers may also get device identifiers and specific information about the browser you use. In some cases, this information may be unique to you. We may share information collected from you related to your use of the Site with third party vendors, advertising companies, or analytics providers. The Site also participates in targeted advertising wherein it contracts with Service Providers to collect certain information when you visit the Site to provide measurement services to the Site and target ads to Site users. These companies use information collected from the Site (e.g., click stream information, browser type, time and date, subject of advertisements clicked or scrolled over, hardware or software information, cookie and session ID) and personal information (e.g., IP address) during your visits to this Site and other websites in order to tailor advertisements about goods and services to you. These Service Providers typically use a cookie, third party web beacon, or other similar tracking technologies to collect this information. The Site also works with third parties that collect information across various channels including, but not limited to, computers, mobile devices, and other connected devices, over time, for advertising, analytics, attribution, and reporting purposes. Please note that third parties (including, for example, advertising networks and providers of external services like web traffic analysis services) may also use cookies, over which we have no control. These cookies are likely to be analytical/performance cookies or targeting cookies.

Pixels. Our Site uses pixels which are HTML code snippets that are loaded when a user visits a website or opens an email. It is useful for tracking user behavior and activity. With a tracking pixel, advertisers can get data for online marketing, web analysis or email marketing. If such data is analyzed in a particular way, the data collected through these pixels can be used for other purposes as well, for example retargeting/behavioral advertising.

If you'd like to disable these tracking pixels, there are a number of ways in which you can prevent your data from being collected by tracking pixels:

Set browser and email settings to be as restrictive as possible such that external graphics are only supported after permission, and HTML emails are not supported. Appropriate firewall settings can also do this.

Some browser extensions can be used to make tracking pixels visible (e.g., PixelBlock, uBlock Origin, HTTPS Everywhere, etc.).

How do you change your cookie settings?

Most internet browsers accept cookies by default, but you can change your browser preferences to block or restrict cookies if you do not want your web browsing activity tracked. Please note that some cookies are necessary for our Site to run and, as such, cannot be declined. If you choose, you may use the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) WebChoices Tool to globally opt out of third-party tracking via website cookies. There are also a variety of other tools publicly available to manage cookies and similar technologies that collect information related to your use of our Site. We are not responsible for the effectiveness or compliance of third-party opt-out mechanisms or programs. Please note that if you remove your cookies or upgrade your browser after having opted out, you will need to opt out again. Your opt out is specific to the browser you are using and the device you use to access the Site. Therefore, if you use multiple browsers or devices you will need to opt out on each browser or device. You can access the information on our Site without enabling cookies in your browser, but disabling cookies may result in a diminished ability to take advantage of the services and related informational content on our Site.

11. Third Party Websites and Hyperlinks

By accessing third party websites through our Site, you are consenting to the terms and privacy policies of those websites. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for their policies whatsoever as we have no control over them.

12. Artificial Intelligence and Large Language Model Data Practices

We use artificial intelligence, machine learning, and large language model technologies in connection with certain features and internal workflows. These technologies may be used in two primary contexts: (a) user-facing AI recommendation features, including our in-app AI recommendation assistant, and (b) backend content-creation and page-preparation workflows for venues, artists, organizers, events, and related pages. These AI features do not run solely on your device. Instead, certain information is transmitted to external AI service providers for processing, including, currently, Google's Gemini API.

Our current external AI service provider for these workflows is Google's Gemini API, although we may use other AI service providers or models in the future. As of the effective date of this Privacy Policy, Google states that prompts, responses, and other data submitted through the Gemini API are not used by Google to train or improve Google's own AI models. Google's handling of data submitted through its APIs is governed by applicable Google terms and policies, including the Google API Terms of Service at https://developers.google.com/terms, the Gemini API Additional Terms at https://ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms, and the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. If we use a different AI service provider in the future, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to select providers that process data on our behalf under appropriate contractual and privacy safeguards.

If you use our AI recommendation assistant, you may submit natural language prompts, questions, preferences, feedback, and related messages to receive personalized event, artist, venue, organizer, and other recommendations. To generate these responses, we may transmit your prompt and relevant context from your Rippit account to Google's Gemini API or another external AI service provider for processing. Relevant context may include information reasonably necessary to personalize the response, such as your profile information, stated preferences, artists, venues, organizers, or events you follow, event history, RSVPs, attendance information, location or event preferences, ratings, reviews, and prior interactions with the Site, depending on the feature and the request you submit.

Before you send your first message to the AI recommendation assistant, we will provide a notice explaining that your chatbot conversations may be stored by Rippit and used to train, test, evaluate, fine-tune, and improve Rippit's AI models, recommendation algorithms, and related systems. We will ask for your affirmative opt-in consent for this retention and model-improvement use. If you do not opt in, you may still use the AI recommendation assistant, but we will not use your chatbot conversations to train or improve our AI models and will not retain those conversations after the session except as necessary to provide the feature during the session, maintain security, troubleshoot functionality, prevent abuse, comply with law, or enforce our agreements.

If you opt in, we may store your AI chatbot conversations, prompts, responses, feedback, and related interaction data in our database after the session ends and use that data to improve our own AI features, AI models, recommendation systems, safety systems, and personalization tools. We do not sell individual chatbot conversation data to third parties, and we do not share individual chatbot conversation data with third parties for their own independent use. We may share chatbot data with service providers, including external AI service providers, only as needed to process requests, provide the AI features, maintain and secure the Site, improve our services as described in this Privacy Policy, or comply with law.

You should not include sensitive personal information in prompts to the AI recommendation assistant unless the feature specifically requests it and you are comfortable providing it. Because you control the content of your prompts, personal information that you include in a prompt may be transmitted to an external AI service provider for processing. We seek to limit the account context transmitted to external AI service providers to information reasonably necessary to provide the requested AI feature, and we may use technical and organizational safeguards, such as data minimization, filtering, access controls, contractual restrictions, and security measures, to reduce privacy risk associated with AI processing.

You may change your chatbot conversation retention and model-training consent choice through the controls we make available in the Site, such as chatbot settings or account settings. If you withdraw consent, we will stop using future chatbot conversations associated with your account for AI model training and improvement, except as otherwise permitted or required by law. Withdrawal of consent will not affect processing that occurred before your withdrawal, and it will not prevent you from using the AI recommendation assistant.

We may use AI tools, including external AI APIs such as Google's Gemini API, to assist with backend content-creation workflows for venue, artist, organizer, event, and related pages. These workflows may include generating draft bios, summaries, descriptions, tags, recommendations, links, metadata, and other page fields. Users do not interact directly with this backend system.

For AI-assisted page creation, the information transmitted to an external AI API may include venue names, artist names, organizer names, event names, event descriptions, dates, locations, genres, schedules, ticketing or website links, publicly available biographical or descriptive information, publicly available event information, and other source materials or metadata used to prepare or improve entity pages. We use these tools to assist with drafting and organization, but AI-generated page content is reviewed, edited, and verified by a human team member before publication.

We may modify, replace, or supplement the AI models, APIs, or service providers used for these features and workflows over time. If we materially change our AI data practices in a way that requires additional notice, consent, or user choice under applicable law or platform requirements, we will provide such notice, consent, or choice before implementing the change where required.

13. Security

To secure your information, we have put in place commercially reasonable physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect on our Site. Nonetheless, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure and therefore we cannot guarantee the security of data sent to us electronically, and the transmission of such data is therefore entirely at your own risk.

14. Users Age

Our Site is designed and intended only for those who have reached the legal age of majority (18 years of age). By using this Site, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or older. We are not liable for any damages that may result from any user's misrepresentations of age. No one under the age of 13 is authorized to use our Site or share any information with us, including personal information. Under no circumstances may anyone under age 13 use the Site. Parents or legal guardians of children under 13 cannot agree to these terms on their behalf.

15. Opt-Out of Marketing Emails, SMS Text Messaging, and Push Notifications

You may opt out of receiving marketing-related emails from us by following the instructions in any marketing or promotional email you receive (e.g., clicking on the 'unsubscribe' button in the footer of the email). As applicable, if you no longer want to receive marketing SMS/text messages from us, you may opt out by replying to the SMS/text message with "STOP". You may opt out of push notifications by changing your notification preferences in the Site or through your device settings. If you disable push notifications, you may no longer receive alerts about events involving friends who have RSVP'd, upcoming events from artists you follow, or other in-app activity alerts. Even if you opt out of marketing or promotional communications, we may still send transactional or service messages, including authentication or verification messages during onboarding or account access, security alerts, account notices, legal notices, and administrative messages. Authentication and verification messages are transactional communications necessary to provide and secure your account and cannot be opted out of while you maintain or use an account.
