Alex Oxley is a Sheffield, England DJ and selector now based in Los Angeles, with a genre agnostic approach shaped by nearly three decades behind the decks. He co-founded Fleetmac Wood, the globally touring Fleetwood Mac remix party, and channels a love of horror and psychedelic electronic music into Horror Hi-Fi, a project he likens to Suspiria by way of Studio 54. Pulling across vinyl and digital, his sets move through italo disco, electro, darkwave and cold-wave shadow. He has shared stages with Faust, Antipop Consortium, Light Asylum and Dopplereffekt, and hosts a monthly Horror Hi-Fi show on London's Soho Radio. His selections favor the fringes, chasing transcendental moments over easy peaks.
