Afro-tech duo bringing Latin-infused grooves to global dancefloors.

Calussa is an electronic music duo composed of Miami, Florida natives Andrew and Gino Gomez. The brothers initially built their reputation on a distinctive blend of Afro house and melodic tech, releasing tracks like the Carlita collaboration "Fell in Luv" on Higher Ground and "Vente" alongside Nic Fanciulli on Defected Records. In 2025, they launched their own imprint, NUSONIDO, to explore a broader spectrum of tech house and grooves inspired by Latin music, debuting the platform with their collaborative "White Tiger" EP alongside Ben Miller. Their percussive sound is built for the club and has secured them regular appearances at major global events, including Tomorrowland, EXIT Festival, and EDC Las Vegas, as well as prominent venues like The Brooklyn Mirage and Savaya Bali. Moving beyond their original imprint Hurry Up Slowly, Calussa continues to refine a versatile aesthetic that bridges early 2000s house influences with modern dancefloor energy.
