Craig Richards is a British DJ, producer, and curator who emerged as a foundational figure in the London electronic music scene. Best known for his long-standing residency at the nightclub Fabric, he helped define the venue's musical identity through his versatile, vinyl-focused sets that blend techno, electro, dubby house, and breaks. His notable releases include the Fabric 15 mix in 2004 and the Fabric 58 compilation in 2011, both on the Fabric label. Beyond his club work, he founded the Houghton Festival and the label The Nothing Special, which showcases his commitment to deep, narrative-driven electronic music. His sound is characterized by a meticulous, genre-blurring approach that prioritizes atmosphere and technical precision over conventional club tropes.
