Crankdat is Christian Smith, an Ohio born bass producer whose catalog runs through Monstercat, Disciple and Welcome Records. He came up on high energy trap and dubstep edits and has kept remixes central to his output, with frequent collaborations including work with Wooli and Kompany. He has played EDC Las Vegas, Ultra Music Festival, Lost Lands and Tomorrowland, with full sets recorded at Lost Lands in 2025 and Red Rocks in 2026. His management runs through Red Light and his bookings through The Gongaware Group in the Americas and Primary Talent in Europe.
