Da Capo is a South African DJ and producer from Seshego in Limpopo whose deep, hypnotic Afro house and Afro tech built him into one of the continent's defining dancefloor voices. He moved from rapping to house early on, and a breakthrough remix of Moneoa's 'Pretty Disaster' led to a deal with Soulistic Music. His debut album Indigo Child went double platinum in South Africa, and he has since released Genesys, Bakone, and Indigo Child II. In 2020 he founded the Genesys Entity label, home to cuts like 'Yehla Moja', and he was named Best Afro House Artist at Ibiza's DJ Awards. He is known for marathon, all-night sets that stretch Afro house into deep, spiritual territory.
