Dr. Apollo is a Los Angeles drum and bass producer and DJ who has been active in electronic music since 2012. A classically trained musician who has cited mentorship from Quincy Jones and Drumma Boy, he first emerged as a winner of Insomniac's Discovery Project before launching the Dr. Apollo project in 2019. His productions have landed on drum and bass institutions including RAM Records, Hospital Records, Viper Recordings, Play Me, and Bassrush, and his track Remedy features UK ragga vocalist General Levy. His sound leans on precise, hard-hitting sound design across neuro and jump-influenced drum and bass.
