Originally from Seoul and currently based in New York City, Daniel Joo operates as duco, a DJ and producer known for spinning hardgroove, techno, and hard house. As a founding member of the underground collective Panic Room, he regularly curates and performs at events across both cities, logging notable sets at venues like Bossa Nova Civic Club, Rash, H0L0, and Cakeshop. His production catalog bridges euphoric pop and gritty club sounds, highlighted by a 2024 official remix of Girls' Generation's "Show Show Show" on ScreaM Records and the 2025 collaborative single "Milky Shakers" with Waddle on low income $quad. Recent months have seen him playing kinetic sets alongside his frequent b2b partner Waddle and supporting international acts like X CLUB, delivering a dark and rapid aesthetic tailored for warehouse spaces. By bridging the underground dance communities of South Korea and the American East Coast, duco cultivates a distinct footprint within the modern techno landscape.
