Eric Modz, born Eric Modzelewski, is a Brooklyn-based DJ working in New York City's underground house scene. His sets and mixes move through tech house, deep house, and minimal deep tech, favoring rolling grooves and stripped-back rhythms over big hooks. He began playing out around 2022, with early sets at New York spots such as East River Bar, and has since worked his way onto local underground bills. He shares his mixes, including the Modz Mix series, through SoundCloud. An early-career selector in the city's house circuit, he represents the kind of homegrown talent filling out Brooklyn's small-room dancefloors.
