Floorplan is the Detroit based father and daughter duo of Robert Hood and Lyric Hood. The project functions as a vehicle for their shared faith, blending gospel and soul influences with the driving, percussive framework of techno and house. Their discography includes the seminal 2013 album Paradise, the 2016 follow up Victorious, and the 2024 release The Master's Plan on Classic Music Company. They frequently collaborate with vocalists such as Dames Brown and have performed at major global venues and festivals including Fabric in London and various stages in Ibiza. The duo is known for a sound that balances stripped back, functional grooves with emotive, uplifting vocal samples and spiritual themes.
