Giolì & Assia are an Italian duo of producers, multi-instrumentalists, and vocalists who emerged from Palermo to define a distinct hybrid sound. Their music fuses melodic techno, indie, and pop, often incorporating live instrumentation such as piano, cello, guitar, and the handpan. They founded their own label, Diesis Records, in 2016 to maintain full creative control over their output. The pair gained global recognition through their #DiesisLive series, which features cinematic performances in remote, visually striking locations like volcanoes and glaciers. By blending classical elegance with contemporary electronic urgency, they have established a unique presence that bridges the gap between underground club culture and mainstream appeal.
