Born Jack Hedges in Cambridge, England, Hedex is a prominent producer and DJ within the modern drum and bass and jump up scenes. He built his reputation on energetic bootlegs and VIP edits before breaking through with his 2016 release "The Weekend EP" and its standout track "Proud" alongside MC Skywalker. His sound is defined by heavyweight basslines, frenetic percussion, and rapid mixing, which he regularly showcases at major festivals like Boomtown, Rampage, and Let It Roll. Hedex has expanded his catalog with massive crossover tracks, including the ArrDee collaboration "Liquor & Cigarettes" and the 2026 single "BrAiNdEaD" with Ray Volpe. Recently, he released his debut album "My Home Is The Rave". Hedex turned jump-up into a full-force youth movement, bringing a level of rawness, immediacy, and branded chaos that made him one of the most recognizable faces in modern drum & bass.
