Josh Houtkin, known professionally as JDH, is a DJ and promoter based in New York City who has been a foundational figure in the East Coast underground dance music circuit for over two decades. As one half of the duo JDH and Dave P, he co-founded the FIXED party series in 2004, cultivating a dedicated following through a booking policy that bridges indie dance, techno, electro, and left field house. Houtkin serves as a core resident and booking director at Good Room in Brooklyn, where his marathon back to back sets with artists like Juan Maclean and Budino anchor the programming of the venue. Beyond his local residencies, he has performed at major international events including Coachella and Pacha Ibiza, while maintaining a regular presence on platforms like The Lot Radio.
