Based in León, Spain, Joton is a veteran techno producer and DJ with over two decades of experience in the underground electronic scene. As the founder of Newrhythmic Records, he has cultivated a platform for both emerging and established artists while refining his own signature sound, which is characterized by industrial, analog, and mechanical textures. His discography includes notable releases such as the debut album Casting Out Nines (2015, Newrhythmic) and the EP A Wicked Plot (2022, Symbolism). Joton has performed at globally recognized venues including Tresor in Berlin, REX in Paris, and FOLD in London, often showcasing a precise, modular, and intensely direct approach to techno.
