Born in Tbilisi, Georgia, and now based in New York City, Kiyoshi is a dedicated vinyl selector whose background in ballet deeply informs her relationship with rhythm and movement. She has established herself as a vital fixture in the Brooklyn underground through key residencies with Golden Record NYC and Apollo Studio. Her sets navigate the spaces between deep house, minimal techno, and downtempo, blending classic analog warmth with unpredictable bass selections. Recently, she has shared bills with artists like Magda, Kollektiv Turmstrasse, and Adana Twins at venues ranging from H0L0 and Green Room to Terminal 5. She also curates her own event series, Kiyoshi Invites, and frequently broadcasts live from MAD Radio NYC. By anchoring her selections in a profound physical understanding of the dancefloor, Kiyoshi provides a crucial link between classic analog traditions and the modern Brooklyn underground.
