Muscle Memory is a New York City based band and DJ duo comprised of Steven Reker and Michael Tapper. The pair weaves early house, Italo, and post-punk with modern tracks to create a sound defined by deep grooves and club-focused energy. Drawing from influences ranging from the Paradise Garage to The Hacienda, they utilize vintage synthesizers and drum machines to bridge the gap between DJ sets and live performance.
