Party Dad, the alias of Southern born and Brooklyn based DJ Tay McNabb, is a dedicated record selector known for his eclectic approach to dance music. His sets frequently traverse the boundaries of disco, Balearic, and funk, often incorporating deep house, Italo obscurities, and AOR cuts alongside his own exclusive edits. A fixture in the New York City underground scene, he maintains regular appearances at venues such as Jupiter Disco and Good Room, while also contributing to radio platforms like The Lot Radio. His production work includes releases on labels such as Universal Cave and Spacetalk Records, often in collaboration with fellow selectors. By prioritizing deep digging and a fluid, genre agnostic aesthetic, Party Dad stands out as a curator who values the spirit of underground nightlife over mainstream trends.
