P.E.A.R.L. is a techno producer and DJ born in Santander, Spain, who has been based in Berlin since 2012. His early exposure to late 1990s and 2000s UK and Spanish club sounds shaped a raw, precise style rooted in the harder end of techno. In 2013 he founded Falling Ethics Records, an influential independent label known for its distinctive visual identity, and later added the Moral Standards sublabel, releasing his own music alongside a wide roster of techno artists. He has also appeared on PoleGroup, Mord, and Warm Up, and holds regular bookings at Berlin institutions including Tresor, RSO Berlin, and about blank. His DJ sets favor tension and release over spectacle, built from an eclectic sense of flow that has earned him lasting respect across the international techno scene.
