Phase Fatale is the techno project of Hayden Payne, a New York-born, Berlin-based producer and Berghain resident. His sound fuses industrial, EBM, and body music with dark, textural techno, sharpened over years inside Berlin's club ecosystem. He has released on Ostgut Ton, Hospital Productions, and Dekmantel UFO, and runs the influential BITE label. He has performed for Boiler Room and holds residencies at Berghain and Tbilisi's Khidi. A meticulous sound designer, he builds sets that read more like cinema than club functionalism, tense, hypnotic, and physical.
