Rave-nostalgic house with prog and trance energy, upbeat and euphoric

Poolhaus is a Brooklyn duo of Sean and Devin who met in college over a shared love of electronic music. Their productions blend modern house with the nostalgic rave and trance sounds of the 1990s and 2000s, landing on house labels including Club Sweat, Insomniac, and Solotoko. The pair founded the Brooklyn label and collective PHAT TRAX, which aims to push club culture forward while staying rooted in its past. They have become regular fixtures in New York City nightlife, playing rooms such as Elsewhere in Brooklyn and Treehouse in Miami. With a growing catalog and a busy release schedule, Poolhaus have become one of the more visible acts in the current NYC house scene.
