Hardgroove techno meets deconstructed club, high-energy vocal edits and ballroom heat

River Moon, who also records as Saint Deepthroat, is a South African-born DJ, producer, and songwriter active across New York City, Berlin, and beyond. Her sets fuse hardgroove techno with deconstructed club, ballroom, Baltimore club, and vocal-driven edits pulled from R&B, rap, and pop. She has performed for Boiler Room, including a Boiler Room x Ballantine's True Music set in Johannesburg, and has played Berghain and NTS. In 2023 she opened for Beyonce's Renaissance World Tour with a back-to-back set at NRG Stadium in Houston. Beyond DJing she is a known internet personality and released the album Martyr, extending a practice that blends club music with pop sensibility. Her sets read as high-energy, vocal, and unpredictable.
