Born in San Diego and currently based in Los Angeles, Sam Blacky is a DJ, producer, and label head known for blending Afro house, Latin house, and tech house. She first immersed herself in electronic music while living in Australia before returning to the United States to launch her performance career. In 2021, she founded her own imprint, Stabby Records, which served as the home for her debut EP and early original productions. Her discography includes the 2023 single "Salvador" on Thrive Music, the collaborative track "Hotsteppa" with Local Singles, and an official remix for INJI's viral hit "Gaslight." Blacky maintains a rigorous international touring schedule, securing a 2026 residency at Hï Ibiza alongside MEDUZA and James Hype while frequently appearing at prominent venues like Club Space Miami and Papaya Playa Project in Tulum. Her sound relies on vibrant, globally inspired percussion and driving club grooves tailored for peak dancefloors.
