Alexander Paul Coe, known professionally as Sasha, is a Welsh DJ and producer who has shaped the trajectory of progressive house and electronic music. Emerging from the late 1980s acid house scene in Manchester and North Wales, he gained global prominence through his highly influential partnership with John Digweed, releasing seminal mix compilations like "Northern Exposure" on Ministry of Sound. As a solo artist, Sasha has continually pushed technical and stylistic boundaries, delivering acclaimed original albums such as "Airdrawndagger" in 2002 and the cinematic "Scene Delete" in 2016. He founded the Last Night On Earth imprint in 2011, providing a platform for both established and emerging talent in the melodic techno and progressive house spheres. His recent projects include the 2024 immersive classical and electronic hybrid score "Da Vinci Genius" and extensive international touring, including marathon sets alongside Digweed at venues like Tofte Manor.
