Detroit-schooled techno, driving and hypnotic peak-time sets with raw hardware energy

Sera J, born Dimitrios Serasidis, is a techno DJ and producer from Thessaloniki, Greece, shaped by the Detroit techno tradition of Jeff Mills and Robert Hood. His sets favor driving basslines, hypnotic grooves, and raw, peak-time intensity built for late-night floors. He has released on underground techno labels including Mutual Rytm, Life In Patterns, Clergy, and Renegade Methodz, and runs his own Blind Harmonies collective and imprint. A 2024 HOR Berlin set widened his international profile, and he now tours clubs and festivals across Europe with representation from Paramount Artists. His September 5 booking at Basement in Brooklyn brings that forward-leaning, hardware-driven techno to New York.
