Dark, experimental techno from NYC's Sploofi, challenging dancefloors.

Based in New York City, Sploofi is a producer and DJ whose work is defined by self taught experimentation and an introspective creative process. Her sound centers on a potent blend of darkness, textured layers, and carefully molded atmospheres that balance raw edge with refined detail. She is one half of the project A Delicate Balance, which explores hypnotic and cinematic techno and maintains a residency at Bossa Nova Civic Club. Her debut EP Unhatched was released on Newrythmic Records in 2025. Sploofi stands out for a singular sonic identity that draws from internal reference rather than external influence, resulting in a kinetic and off center energy that consistently challenges dancefloor expectations.
