SYTHRA is a Brooklyn based DJ and event producer raised in Wheeling, West Virginia, whose path to the dancefloor ran through violin study, choir, musical theater, and a long interest in ritual and trance. After moving to New York City in 2011, he spent years studying spiritual traditions and flow states before entering Brooklyn's queer underground dance scene in 2023. He is a co-founder of the SUBLIMINA, DEEPER, and Hyperlink parties, where he builds immersive, transformation-minded nights. His sets weave dub, tribal percussion, hypnotic techno, and psychedelic strains of house into long, journeying arcs. He treats the dance floor as a space for collective release and inward travel.
