Born in Herzliya, Israel, and now based in Berlin, Tal Fussman is a producer and DJ whose work navigates the intersection of house, techno, and jazz. He founded the label Survival Tactics in 2022 to provide a home for his genre-defying productions, which often incorporate intergalactic 80s disco textures and kinetic, percussive drum patterns. His discography includes notable releases such as the Focus EP on Drumpoet Community in 2024, the Walking on Mars EP on Rekids in 2025, and the No Disco EP on SEVEN in 2025. Fussman has garnered support from established figures across the electronic spectrum, including Dixon, Marcel Dettmann, and Honey Dijon. His sound is characterized by a blend of emotional depth and dancefloor-ready energy, often utilizing skewed drumlines and atmospheric synth work. By refusing to adhere to rigid genre constraints, Fussman creates a distinct sonic identity that remains adaptable to diverse club environments.
