The Blaze are a French duo of cousins Guillaume and Jonathan Alric, based in Paris, who make cinematic, emotional electronic music shaped by their parallel work as filmmakers. Their 2016 single Territory and its acclaimed video drew wide attention, followed by the debut album Dancehall in 2018 and Jungle in 2023. In 2024 they released Folk, a live album recorded at the Royal Albert Hall in London that captures their widescreen stage show. They are known for immersive live performances, including a Cercle set atop the Aiguille du Midi in the French Alps and a show at Cercle Odyssey in Mexico City, and have appeared at Coachella. Their sound pairs soaring vocals and warm synth work with a strong visual identity.
