Pep Rally is a community-focused event series founded in Toronto by Chippy Nonstop and Karim Olen Ash, designed to center queer, Black, and brown identities within electronic music. The project has evolved from its DIY warehouse roots into a global platform that emphasizes inclusivity, experimentation, and a refusal to adhere to rigid genre boundaries. This Brooklyn edition takes place on the rooftop of Superior Ingredients, featuring a lineup that includes Nene H, Bobby Beethoven, Karim Olen Ash, DJ Miss Parker, and Sterling Juan Diaz. The event reflects the series reputation for open-format programming and a dancefloor culture that prioritizes freedom of expression. Beyond the party, the brand has expanded into a record label and a network of workshops dedicated to supporting underrepresented artists.
