Akumandra marks its eleventh year in New York City with its inaugural festival, a fourteen-hour immersive event held at the Knockdown Center in Queens. Founded by Sainte Vie, the label and party series utilizes both the outdoor Ruins courtyard and the indoor Main Hall to host a diverse lineup of melodic dance music artists. The programming spans from afternoon to early morning, featuring live sets and DJ performances alongside custom lighting designs tailored to the venue architecture. This event serves as a milestone for the collective, which has established itself as a fixture in the underground electronic scene since its inception in 2013.
