BLAIZE

House

Blaize is a DJ, audio and visual technician, and multidisciplinary artist based in New York City. Deeply embedded in the Brooklyn underground circuit, BLAIZE frequently performs at staple venues like Nowadays, Bossa Nova Civic Club, and Paragon. They are a regular fixture at inclusive community events such as Body Hack, sharing stages with artists like Juliana Huxtable and DJ SWISHA. Sonically, their sets explore the deeper corners of house music, blending hypnotic grooves, soulful rhythms, and contemporary underground club sounds. Drawing from the genre’s rich dance floor traditions, BLAIZE crafts immersive journeys that balance warmth, energy, and connection. Beyond the decks, BLAIZE is a visual artist and documentarian whose work has been exhibited at the Museum of Contemporary African Diasporan Arts. By bridging visual documentation with progressive club curation, BLAIZE remains a crucial voice in New York’s modern queer dance music underground.
