Brooklyn based producer and DJ Chuwee navigates the intersection of underground house, electro, and dub influenced rhythms. Originally from San Diego, he has established himself as a versatile selector within the New York City club circuit. His sound frequently incorporates analog drum textures, funk drenched basslines, and hypnotic, late night grooves. Whether performing at intimate afterhours or larger dancefloor settings, his sets are characterized by a deep connection to the crowd and a fluid approach to genre. He is also an active contributor to the scene through his work as an audio engineer and his own vinyl label.
