LANSUH

Techno

Based in Brooklyn, Lancer Casem, known as LANSUH, is a multidisciplinary artist and DJ whose work bridges her Filipino heritage with the rhythmic legacy of Detroit. Her sets fluidly traverse house, techno, funk, soul, and ghettotech, often incorporating both vinyl and digital formats to maintain a high energy dancefloor presence. As a key member of the BARANGAY collective, she actively shapes the New York City underground scene through recurring appearances at venues like Mood Ring and Jupiter Disco. Her practice extends into lens based visual storytelling, where she explores the intersection of identity and sonic landscapes. LANSUH stands out for her ability to synthesize diverse cultural archives into a cohesive, rhythm driven sound that honors the traditions of her formative musical environments.
