HEADLINER

Egypt-born, South Sudanese DJ/producer Sam Alfred Melbourne-based rising star celebrated for reviving 90s-inflected house and UK garage with jazz-tinged warmth and infectious grooves. His breakout track “Forward Step (Journey Mix)” (Gallery Recordings, 2024) delivers euphoric piano chords, rave stabs, and fizzling speech samples, leading to sold-out shows across Australia, Asia, Europe, and a Mix Up residency on triple j. With a vibrant stylistic palette and high-energy presence, he’s become one of Australia’s most compelling dance exports, headlining major festivals and earning acclaim as a breakout global talent.

UK Garage

HEADLINER

Silva Bumpa is one of the more exciting names in the current UK garage and bassline resurgence because his sound feels rooted in northern club culture without coming off like a throwback act. Coming out of Sheffield and now closely tied to the wider Manchester-led wave, he pulls together speed garage, bassline, organ house, and vocal-led UK club music in a way that feels rowdy, catchy, and very tuned to actual rave energy. What makes him hit is that he is not just making functional DJ tools. There is real songwriting instinct in his tracks, so even when the drums are rough, the bass is rude, and the whole thing is built to shell a room, there is usually still a hook or bounce that sticks with people. He is part of that newer generation carrying UKG and bassline forward for younger crowds, but he does it with enough grit and scene awareness that it still feels credible to people who know where the sound comes from.
