Honey’s is a multidisciplinary bar, winery, and intimate nightlife space located between Bushwick and East Williamsburg. Since opening in 2016, it has become a gathering point for Brooklyn’s creative community, hosting a mix of DJ sets, live music, workshops, art exhibitions, dinners, and pop-ups. The venue centers around a custom audiophile-grade sound system designed by Peter Brock and Nicholas Badey of Audiohorn, giving its small dance floor a detailed, high-fidelity sound. Honey’s also operates as a fermentation space, producing small-batch natural wines and ciders from locally sourced ingredients, with some ingredients grown in its rooftop garden. Its industrial, minimalist interior shifts easily from a laid-back daytime tasting room into an intimate after-dark dance floor, giving the space a distinctly neighborhood-focused feel rather than that of a traditional nightclub.
