nocapz. is the alias of Samuel Soares, a Brazilian DJ and producer born in Salvador, Bahia and now based in Sao Paulo. He came up through the Sao Paulo club D-Edge, which shaped his understanding of nightlife, and builds house and club tracks that carry the flair of his culture onto the dancefloor. His breezy, bumping sound has made him one of the more talked-about young producers in Brazilian dance music, with releases shared through Bandcamp and SoundCloud. He now tours internationally, bringing that Sao Paulo energy abroad.
