Brazil's Mochakk headlines a tech house day party at the open-air Ruins

Brazilian DJ and producer Mochakk makes his Ruins debut at the Knockdown Center in Maspeth, Queens, headlining an afternoon-into-night bill on August 30. Known for high-energy, funky grooves, he is joined by New York house favorite DJ SWISHA, a leading voice in the recent house renaissance, and fellow Brazilian nocapz., who brings a breezy, bumping counterpoint from Sao Paulo. Leonce rounds out the lineup, a master of pared-back percussion with releases on labels including Night Slugs, fabric, Nervous and Fade to Mind.
