Originating from Lausanne, Switzerland, NVST has established a distinct identity in the international electronic music scene through a radical and uncompromising approach. Her sound draws heavily from the legacy of illegal raves and the free party movement, resulting in intense, hybrid sets that blend breakbeats, techno, acid, and industrial elements. As a producer, she balances surgical precision with experimental freedom, evidenced by a catalog that includes multiple solo albums and collaborative projects like Drift Institute. She is a regular fixture at influential clubs and festivals such as Tresor in Berlin, Garage Noord in Amsterdam, and Dekmantel, while maintaining residencies on Kiosk Radio and Rinse FM.
