About

FIXED brings its all-night house and techno party back to Good Room, with Los Angeles selector James Axon and New York veteran JDH playing back to back across the main room from open to close. Brooklyn vinyl DJ A Lana holds down the Bad Room with a deep, percussive house set. The night runs late in Good Room's intimate Greenpoint space, built for dancefloor-focused sets and a serious sound. Doors are 21 and over.

Indie Dance

Josh Houtkin, known professionally as JDH, is a DJ and promoter based in New York City who has been a foundational figure in the East Coast underground dance music circuit for over two decades. As one half of the duo JDH and Dave P, he co-founded the FIXED party series in 2004, cultivating a dedicated following through a booking policy that bridges indie dance, techno, electro, and left field house. Houtkin serves as a core resident and booking director at Good Room in Brooklyn, where his marathon back to back sets with artists like Juan Maclean and Budino anchor the programming of the venue. Beyond his local residencies, he has performed at major international events including Coachella and Pacha Ibiza, while maintaining a regular presence on platforms like The Lot Radio. His DJ sets are characterized by a deep, rolling groove that seamlessly transitions from psychedelic chuggers to peak time club tracks. Through his enduring event curation and adaptable selections, JDH remains a vital architect of the modern New York nightlife landscape.
