Porter Robinson

Electronic

HEADLINER

Porter Robinson is one of the few artists from the EDM boom who genuinely grew into something much more personal, ambitious, and artist-driven than the scene that first made him famous. He broke out early on with aggressive electro-house records, but the real reason he matters is how hard he pivoted after that. Worlds became a generation-shaping record because it pulled anime emotion, indie sensibility, synth-pop melody, and festival-scale electronic production into something that felt deeply personal rather than just functional. From there, he kept refusing to stay in one box, whether through the euphoric melancholy of Nurture, the high-concept rave maximalism of Virtual Self, or the more playful, self-aware turn of SMILE! :D. What makes Porter so respected is not just that he has hits or a loyal fanbase, but that he treats dance music like a medium for world-building and emotional storytelling, not just DJ utility. Even when he is playing huge stages, there is usually a real sense of authorship and vulnerability to what he does, which is why he still feels singular in American electronic music.

Wax Motif

Tech House

Wax Motif is one of the key figures in the modern bass house and g-house conversation, but what has always made him stand out is that his sound feels nastier and more rhythmically informed than a lot of artists who came up in that same wave. The Australian-born, LA-based producer built his name on chunky low end, hip-hop swagger, and club records that feel stripped, punchy, and dirty in the right way, and you can hear the influence of R&B, disco, and UK bass in how he builds groove rather than just going for blunt-force drops. He helped shape the g-house lane in the U.S., but he has never felt limited to that tag, because his sets can move from slick house rollers to tougher bass pressure without losing that signature bounce. More than anything, he feels like an artist who understands how to make functional dancefloor records still carry attitude, which is why he has had real staying power beyond just one moment or subgenre.

VNSSA

Tech House

VNSSA (Vanessa Barnes), originally from Newport Beach and now based in Los Angeles, brings an energized blend of house, bass, disco, and techno, infused with punk attitude and raw percussion. She started off drumming in indie/rock bands as a child, then transitioned into DJing local house parties and clubs, eventually releasing her debut single in 2018. Since then she has dropped EPs and singles on key labels like Dirtybird, Higher Ground, Sweat It Out, Box of Cats, and Techne; landed a Beatport #1 track (“Word” with Walker & Royce); and played major festivals like Coachella, EDC, Lightning in a Bottle, and more.

ALEOS

Melodic Techno

ALEOS is a Miami, FL-based electronic music producer whose sound crosses progressive house, house, and techno into lush melodic territory. He pulls from his roots to craft soaring build-ups, atmospheric breakdowns, and emotive drops that resonate on both dancefloors and headphone listeners. Known for remixes like “Don’t You Worry Child”, originals like “We Just Wanna Move,” and his strong presence on streaming platforms, ALEOS is steadily gaining traction in the melodic/euphoric house circuit.
